Issho ni Ecchi
Oshimeter
Synopsis
A visit to the nurse's office isn't usually cause for alarm, but the reason here is nothing you'd expect. Momoka, the school nurse, has some very non-medical activities in mind, and he's too flustered to do much about it. That's the setup for Issho ni Ecchi, a single-episode OVA from 2010 by G-Lam that leans hard into the classic "guy stumbles into awkward situations" formula, but with no pretense of restraint. The tone is light and comedic rather than intense — think less dramatic tension, more blushing and bad timing. The show pairs the nurse angle with a second encounter involving her younger sister, Maron, who catches him off guard in a moment he absolutely was not supposed to witness. From there, both sisters end up in his orbit, and the OVA builds toward a shared scenario that ties the two threads together. If you've watched Imouto Paradise! or Why the Hell Are You Here, Teacher!? and enjoyed that blend of comedy and erotic situations built around slightly taboo setups, this hits a similar note. It's closer to Futari Ecchi in its breezy, unserious attitude than anything trying to be emotionally weighted. At one episode, it doesn't overstay its welcome. It knows exactly what it is — a lighthearted, adult OVA with a nurse, her sister, and a guy who keeps ending up in the wrong place at the right time.
