The twist is that Naoki's particular biological... output happens to power up female warriors. So suddenly the most unassuming guy imaginable becomes the cornerstone of the world's last hope. It's ridiculous, and the show knows it. The four-episode OVA from studio Majin adapts the manga source material with explicit adult content front and center, wrapped loosely around a fantasy adventure structure. The isekai framing gives it a bit more personality than a straight hentai release — there are actual characters, an actual threat, and something resembling a story arc. If you've watched World's End Harem and wanted the premise pushed further into adult territory, this scratches that itch. Fans of Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World who didn't mind the explicit content there will find familiar ground here. It's not trying to be deep. The appeal is purely the absurd premise played straight — a hapless nobody becomes essential to saving civilization through the least heroic ability imaginable. Go in knowing exactly what it is, and it delivers on that promise without pretending to be something else.
