This episode pays off the setup with a sad and emotional reveal behind the shinigami's actions and honestly I do felt some kind of pity for it. This was such a serious and heavy episode which is so unlike of this anime hahhaa but it great for some emotional rollercoaster. Ngl, for how heavy this arc is, it felt like it was wrapped up too quickly.
