Synopsis
Trading her quiet rural life in Akita for a fancy all-girls academy in Tokyo, Meiko Morita expects the usual scholarship grind. Instead, her "volunteer program" dumps her into a manga café called Hedgehog, where she'll live in a one-tatami booth and work shifts alongside her classmates. That's her dorm now. A cramped internet café booth. The setup alone is pretty funny, and the show leans into it. Her coworkers include Rie, the school chairwoman's daughter who's way too into manga, Marika, a popular streamer hiding her online identity from classmates, and Neo, who's dead serious about going pro in gaming. The dynamic between a country girl who doesn't know how Tokyo works and these very online city kids carries most of the comedy. Think of it as the café workplace energy of Blend S or Working!! but swapped into this weird living situation where everyone's personal space is basically nonexistent. The manga café setting actually works well: it's cramped, chaotic, and forces all these different personalities into each other's business constantly. There's ecchi stuff woven in, so fair warning if that's not your thing, but the core appeal is really the comedic chemistry between the cast. If you liked Hinako Note's vibe of a girl from the countryside figuring out a new living arrangement with a bunch of quirky roommates, this hits similar notes with a more modern, internet-culture-savvy twist. It's light, it's silly, and the setting is genuinely fresh.

As someone who doesn't like ecchi series that much, I actually found this very enjoyable. I like how it's mostly just pure fan service rather than full-blown eroticism. What I usually dislike about ecchi series is the awkward voice acting, but this one doesn't have that at all. Whenever the characters make noises, they're either cute or just natural, and I really appreciate that. That said, I don't really think this is ecchi at all. This is just slice-of-life with heavy load of fanservice. Story-wise, well, it's all over the place, LOL! The main development doesn't really happen until the very end of the series. That said, I don't hate the pacing. The story isn't all that important in a comedy series anyway, and the overall development was good enough to make the entire series enjoyable. Craftsmanship-wise, I really love the art and visuals. At first, I thought the character designs were just okay, but the more I watched, the more they grew on me. Overall, I'd rate this an 8/10. It was a fun watch!
Okay, it's actually funny (and super surprising) that I guessed it correctly. I mean, the hint in the last episode was so subtle! It just randomly clicked in my head. I don't even know if I should call it a hint. There's literally almost zero clue there. That said, I'm super happy that everyone accepted it with open arms. Overall, this episode wrapped everything up in a really wholesome way.
I totally loved this episode, but I felt just a tiny bit disappointed. I was really hoping the development would progress much further this time. Even though my wish didn't come true, I still loved how wholesome this episode was. Seeing the Morita family having fun and bonding together was more than enough to make it enjoyable.
This episode is just so freaking funny! I knew Marika was hopeless, but damn, I didn't expect her to be this bad! What a slob! But hey, her backstory earned her some respect points. That said, I still prefer the current Marika. She ain't Marika if she ain't a slob, LOL!
What an... insane school. JUST HOW MUCH MONEY IS THAT, BRO!? LMAO! That said, the judges are people of culture. I totally approve of them! Kidding aside, this is such a wholesome episode. Miori is such a reliable little sister. Though, I still can't believe Meiko is this ditzy, LMAO!
Overall its really good anime to watch, if you want to watch a relaxing slice-of-life with cute vibes.
Moar yuri, sir! Of all the pairings, Meiko and Neo are definitely my favorite. They're just so cute to watch! That said, they all have great chemistry together. They're all my bias. On another note, that reference completely caught me off guard.
Ye episode shuru se end tak kaafi enjoyable laga aur characters ke emotional moments bhi achhe se include kiye gaye hain. Animation aur pacing bhi badhiya hai. Ye ek heartwarming, entertaining slice-of-life episode hai jisme comedy, friendship, aur teamwork sab kuch balanced hain. Must watch for sure.
One of my best episodes so far. Meiko ka family and uske cute siblings ke baare mein pata chalta hai, jo kaafi entertaining and cute hain. Animation aur visuals kaafi achhe hain. Overall, it's 10/10.

Meiko is such a country bumpkin, LOL! How could she fall for that? That said, the hunt was really fun to watch. It felt like a treasure hunt... well, it was a treasure in some sense, KEKW. On another note, I can't help but love the vibes between Meiko and Neo. Nothing beats some good, subtle yuri.

Decent episode hai, in episodes ka main purpose characters ke beech ki chemistry aur unke bonding dikhana hai. Animation aur visuals kaafi acche the, pacing thodi slow thi compared to previous episodes. Overall, maine kaafi enjoy kiya.
I didn't expect Meiko to be this stupid, LOL! I understood Marika, but Meiko completely caught me off guard. She seemed like the perfect oneesan. On another note, I can't help but adore Meiko's siblings. They're just so cute and basically photocopies of her, LOL!
