This was a nice start that establishes Lloyd's momentum right from the get go and we also get introduced to two new church characters here, Iisha and Escher. Their personalities was a really fun addition to the cast. The holy magic hook here was actually an interesting direction for the show to take and I am appreciate that they have a bigger goal this time. The animation here felt a bit shorter than the first season but nevertheless this was still a fun watch.
