His maid Sylpha tries to keep him grounded while also teaching him swordplay, and their dynamic adds a nice layer of warmth to the action. The magic system is surprisingly detailed, which keeps things from feeling repetitive. If you enjoyed the isekai power fantasy side of Mushoku Tensei or the laid-back overpowered vibes of Kenja no Mago, this hits a similar groove.
