This episode focuses on the next rap division to be introduced, Matenrou. I have to say they're my favorites, with Jakurai being one of my favorite characters, and in this episode he shines both as a professional and as a protector of Shinjuku. Sure, some things are a bit over the top, like him being a doctor called in for every specialty, including pediatrics (rare in real life), but it doesn't detract from the charm of this story; after all, it's not meant to be taken seriously. Why run away, guys? Don't you see that it just makes you even more suspicious? There are several convenient plot points that are best ignored for the sake of the story, though it's worth mentioning them. Doppo, my protégé, is the funniest and most relatable character in the entire franchise.
