Oreki getting curious is definitely out of character and him expending energy to research something is a truly bizarre case. It's a good thing he learned something from the amateur film incident, he didn't assume on someone's feeling this time. The puzzle this time was quite easy, I guess the focus in this episoode was Oreki's character growth 🤔 rather than Ogi 😏.
