Another quirky character joins the silverman gym and it seems that she's also got taken in by Machio's face 😏. There's a really good explaination about a balanced work out and also about diets, i like that there is a good example and bad example of things. The episode really balances itself with being educational, slice-of-life and comedic. There's also a segment after the ED of a very practical home work out👍
