This episode was a fun mix of character moments and surprisingly entertaining diplomacy. Tenzou finally gets some attention with the mysterious scarred girl, while the negotiation between Shirojiro and England’s treasurer is easily the highlight for me the whole exchange of bluffs, counterbluffs, and that ridiculous triple-axel bow was hilarious. There isn't much action, but the political setup and character interactions make the episode feel worthwhile.
