I really wasn't expecting Mamiya to kiss Ken like that just to sell the fiancée lie, and it makes the whole situation even more tragic since she's clearly risking everything for Rei's family. Having Rei break down at the end and get into his stance for a death match against Ken is just a brutal way to end the episode
