If you grew up on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and want something with similar over-the-top martial arts energy but a grimmer, more desperate atmosphere, this fits. Fans of Berserk will also recognize that feeling of watching someone fight through a world that genuinely seems designed to destroy them. It's brutal, it's stylish, and it never pretends the post-apocalypse is anything other than bleak. The catchphrases alone have become legendary for a reason.
