Changing Moral Hazard
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Walking home from campus, a young woman is followed by a creepy older man, ducks into a park to lose him, and immediately finds herself in a worse situation — someone's waiting in the shadows. That setup alone tells you this OVA isn't interested in playing it safe. Henbou Moral Hazard is a 2001 single-episode hentai from Obtain Future that leans hard into the darker end of the genre, exploring what happens when ordinary social situations — being rescued, being helped — get corrupted by selfish impulse. The title itself, 'moral hazard,' is kind of the whole thesis: people behave badly when they think they can get away with it. It's not subtle about that. The animation has that grounded, detail-heavy style you get from early 2000s hentai production, which gives it a grittier texture compared to the smoother, more stylized stuff that came later. If you've watched Kansen: Inyoku no Rensa or Rinkan Club and you're drawn to that darker, morally uncomfortable corner of the genre, this fits right alongside those. Like Shoujo Senki Brain Jacker, it's not trying to be romantic — the tension comes from the absence of safety, not the presence of it. One episode, no padding, no setup for a sequel that never arrives. It knows what it is and commits to it.
