This episode balanced comedy with a surprising amount of backstory. Haré's curiosity about his father led to one ridiculous theory after another before the truth took an unexpected turn. Even though the reveal was played for laughs, it also showed a more emotional side of Haré as he realized how much he values the life he already has with his mother.
