Harem Time The Animation
Oshimeter
Synopsis
When a recently deceased rich man's secret son comes forward, it might sound like a lottery win for Reiji, but the inheritance comes with some serious fine print: to claim it and legitimately take over the Kamiyama household, he has to father an heir. And to do that, he has to pick a wife from a pre-assembled harem living in the estate. That's the setup, and the show leans into it completely without pretending to be anything else. Based on a manga by tosh and produced by Pink Pineapple, this two-episode OVA from 2012 is a straightforward adult title that keeps things moving without a lot of buildup. The premise is absurd in a deliberately fun way — the guy basically inherits a mansion and a romantic obligation simultaneously — and the show plays that fantasy angle pretty earnestly. It's short enough that it doesn't overstay its welcome, and the production does what it needs to do for the genre. If you've watched something like Boy Meets Harem The Animation or browsed through titles like World's End Harem for the more adult cuts, this sits comfortably in that same space. It's not trying to be a deep character study. It's a harem fantasy OVA with a clean hook and a clear audience. If that premise sounds like your kind of thing, two episodes is a pretty low commitment to find out.
