📖 SYNOPSIS

Hagiwara Mio, a successful 14-year-old TV actress, encounters Kumagai Ichiya on set, who bluntly critiques her acting. Despite her initial hurt, Mio finds herself unable to forget Ichiya. He's a rising director, having helmed a successful music video for her idol singer friend, Sawaki Aya. Ichiya is then offered a chance to direct a movie and chooses Mio as his lead, believing she possesses a "handsome" quality reminiscent of classic actresses. As Mio grapples with her burgeoning feelings for Ichiya, she must also confront his assessment of her acting abilities, and prepare for the challenges of her new role. The anime explores themes of self-discovery, ambition, and the complexities of young love within the entertainment industry.
