π SYNOPSIS
"Gugure! Kokkuri-san" centers on Kohina, a young girl who accidentally summons a Kokkuri-san, a low-ranking ghost from Japanese folklore. The summoned Kokkuri-san appears as a handsome, white-haired young man. Initially intending to simply haunt Kohina, he quickly becomes concerned about her unhealthy diet, which consists solely of cup ramen. Driven by this concern, Kokkuri-san decides to remain with Kohina, not to haunt her, but to protect her. The anime explores their evolving relationship and the challenges of caring for a young girl with peculiar eating habits.
