Heartbreaking masterpiece.! Seita and Setsuko’s bond is incredibly moving amidst the tragedy of war. The contrast between the beauty of the fireflies and the harsh reality is poetic yet brutal. It’s a 10/10 that you only watch once. Total emotional gut punch!
