Honestly, watching this is really taking a toll on me. Forcing myself to laugh at the humor or pretend there's anything meaningful going on here is complete bullshit. At this point, I'd only recommend this anime to someone who's too lazy to look for a job, just so they'll be motivated to go get one rather than sit through another episode.
