Synopsis
After being forced out of school by people with power and connections, Tetsuya is not the type to just walk away quietly. His plan for payback centers on Haruna, the principal's daughter, which means he needs a way to get close to her. That's where Ayano gets pulled into the picture, used as a piece in a scheme she may not fully understand yet. The setup is less about shock value and more about the slow unraveling of a revenge plot inside the walls of a prestigious school where everyone has something to hide. The school setting gives the whole thing a tense, claustrophobic feel — authority figures who abuse their position, students caught between loyalty and self-preservation, and one guy who's decided he has nothing left to lose. At two episodes, it doesn't overstay its welcome. The pacing moves quickly through the conspiracy setup without getting bogged down in exposition. If you've watched something like Discipline or Bible Black and appreciated a story that at least tries to build some tension before the chaos, this has a similar energy. It's adapted from a visual novel, so there's actual character motivation baked into the writing rather than just disconnected scenes. Don't go in expecting something lighthearted — the tone is deliberately uncomfortable, and that's kind of the point.
