Making A Cumback to Early Days!
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Years of being bullied by girls left Boku emotionally frozen, never quite getting over his childhood, and when his childhood crush Kasumi invites him to her wedding, it finally hits him — everyone else moved on, and he didn't. Standing there watching people live adult lives, he wishes he could just go back and do it all differently. Then, somehow, he actually does. He wakes up back in his preteen years, fully aware of everything that's coming, face to face with Sera Narumiya — the neighbor who made his school days miserable. This time, though, he's not the same kid. He has adult perspective, adult awareness, and no intention of letting history repeat itself. The setup pulls from that same emotional DNA as Boku Dake ga Inai Machi — revisiting the past to fix what broke you — though this is a 2-episode ONA from Office TakeOut aimed at adult audiences, so the tone goes somewhere very different. If Redo of Healer's revenge-fantasy angle appealed to you, or the complicated relationship dynamics in Yosuga no Sora felt interesting, this hits similar territory. The school setting and time-travel premise give it a nostalgic texture underneath everything else. It's a short watch — two episodes adapted from a web manga — so there's not a lot of buildup before it gets into what it's actually about.
