Synopsis
Groping women on crowded Japanese commuter trains is Katsuhiko's very specific, very illegal hobby — and he's practiced, calculated, and apparently good at not getting caught. That's the unsettling premise this 2-episode OVA from Studio 9 Maiami drops you into right away, and it doesn't flinch from it. Things get more complicated when Ginji, a pickpocket who's been watching him, enters the picture. Their dynamic is less buddy-cop and more two people who each have leverage on the other, which creates a tension that keeps the story from being a simple showcase. There's a double-cross element that gives the narrative some actual shape — it's not just a series of encounters strung together. Based on a visual novel, it carries that source material's attention to character motivation, even within a genre that rarely prioritizes it. The animation captures the claustrophobic train setting with some effectiveness, and the psychological undercurrent between the two leads is what separates it from more straightforward releases in the genre. If you've watched something like Shusaku or Bible Black and appreciated when hentai OVAs attempt a real plot alongside the explicit content, this fits that same niche. It's short, it's provocative, and it's not going to be for everyone — the subject matter alone makes that clear. But within its own lane, it's a more structured watch than most comparable titles.
