📖 SYNOPSIS
Hitomi Kanzaki, consumed by depression, finds herself transported to Gaea, a world where she is believed to be the Wing Goddess. This prophecy foretells her ability to command Escaflowne, a powerful Dragon Armor. On Gaea, King Van, the last of the White Dragon Clan, is driven by a thirst for revenge against the Black Dragon Clan, who destroyed his kingdom. He lives a life of swordsmanship, seeking retribution. With Hitomi's arrival, the fate of Gaea hangs in the balance. The power of Escaflowne, controlled by the Wing Goddess, will determine whether Gaea will know peace or be plunged into utter ruin. The series explores themes of destiny, vengeance, and the weight of responsibility.
