Ero doctor
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Holding a medical license, a position of authority, and absolutely zero intention of using either responsibly, Dr. Yoshihiro Shimoda is the calculated center of this 4-episode OVA from studio PoRO — a school physician who uses his professional role to manipulate naive students — Rena Segawa and Ayane Suzushiro among them — exploiting the trust that comes with the white coat. The setup is straightforward: a doctor who knows exactly how much psychological leverage his position carries, and students who have no reason to question him yet. The series leans hard into that power imbalance as its central dynamic, which is really what the whole thing is built around. PoRO's character designs are detailed and the animation holds up across all four episodes, which matters more than people admit in this genre. If you've watched Boku to Joi no Shinsatsu Nisshi and liked the medical setting framing, this covers similar ground with a more manipulative, calculated lead character rather than a mutual situation. Fans of Iinchou wa Saimin Appli o Shinjiteru or Saimin Seishidou will also recognize the appeal — authority figures, psychological dynamics, that specific tension between who holds power and who doesn't. It's adapted from a visual novel, so there's more deliberate character framing than you'd expect from a random OVA. Don't go in expecting plot complexity, but if the premise sounds like your thing, PoRO executes it cleanly and the episode count keeps it from overstaying its welcome.
