Mashima has brilliantly manage to give stake to the narrative despite the revelation of Cat Leaper. The possibility of losing is present so it doesn't feel like a cop out despite how overpowered Rebecca's ability is, and the coordinate attack was pretty hype all around. I also love the characterization of Master Noah and choices he make that allows him to be the most morally grey character that I find compelling.
