It's fair to consider this a filler episode. To be honest, nothing really happened until the end. On another note, I really don't know what to say about the characters. The seemingly minor OWEL guard has more personality than the previous episode's villains, who I assume are high-ranking OWEL personnel. The difference is so freaking huge that it's insane.
