Bansei Gai, also known as All Saints Street, follows Neil Bowman, a demon with an unusual fascination for human society. He escapes the underworld and seeks refuge on Earth, sharing an apartment with his online friend, Ira Blood, a vampire. Their living space is far from ordinary, populated by a diverse cast of supernatural beings, including Lynn Angel, Ira's stern angel landlord; her mischievous younger sister, Lily; Abu, a quiet mummy; and Vladimir, a werewolf tasked with keeping an eye on Neil. The series explores their comedic interactions as they navigate everyday life, unaware of Neil's hidden potential as the Demon King and the potential impact this could have on their peculiar household in Apartment 1031.
