Dropout Idol Fruit Tart
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Ino Sakura has just moved to Tokyo to join the newly formed Fruit Tart, an idol group composed of three members besides herself—Roko Sekino, a washed-up child actor; Hayu Nukui, a failed musician; and Nina Maehara, a model who is still waiting for her first gig. They soon begin their new life together in their dormitory, the Mouse House. But there is no time to get settled as the girls awaken to a shocking reality: Fruit Tart is in a deep debt of one hundred million yen and has not even started yet! With the possibility of Fruit Tart breaking up and the Mouse House being torn down if they cannot repay the money, the girls must work their way up from the bottom of idol society by making a name for themselves and writing their own songs. Luckily, Hemo Midori, an experienced idol, is a huge fan of Sakura and decides to join the group. With smiles on their faces, Sakura and the other girls work hard to become popular idols while making sure that each day is as fun as the last.

I don't know what to say, the final live ain't that great, the story writing still got mixed up and messy. Probably the market targets were those teenager who just hit puberty so they can SIMP. That's why the biggest issue in here is the overused fanservice and sexual jokes. But yeah, at least our characters were memorable, the songs were solid (especially the final one), and Tone remained the GOAT until the very end, she is pretty much the speedwagon of this anime 😭✌
BRO WHAT ARE THESE WRITING, THEY PUT ANOTHER CONFLICT IN THE 2ND LAST EPISODE?!?!?!? WHAT'S WRONG WITH THEM 😭😭😭 Also crazy revelation tho, however, the twist are still a bit weird because IT IS THE 2ND LAST EPISODE!!!
ALRIGHT, we finally got a new dance, some nice interactions between the sisters, and a new mysterious character in the LAST THREE EPISODES?! WHAT WERE THEY THINKING???!! Anyways, the live performance had some decent 2D animation, aside from the still frames, though...
it reaches end... Honestly didn't expect too much about the plot, but they really served this show with good humor and comedy hahaha. It was really really great. The plot is not that deep, it clearly chill. But the story writing of all this series kinda messy and mixed. Idk why, but it can be your watchlist if you just need an anime while you eat. hehe
Gotta say, Tone was the MVP here. Bro was prepared with everything an idol booth needed, she even outpaced Hoho at this point. Tone, my GOAT. Oh yeah, the live performance somehow didn't feel new, or at least refreshed. It felt more like a redraw of the debut performance. Well, at least there are five people now, so that's a nice addition to the formation. Gotta respect the animators though.
WHY WOULD THEY MAKE A SONG ABOUT CURRY GNG 😭😭 I'M CRYING. What an effort from the studio. If only they put that much effort into the actual comedy... I swear, they need to stop with the sexual jokes, bro. They're beyond overused at this point. Honestly, the curry song ended up being one of the few bright spots in this episode. It felt like a little bit of hope amidst all the nonsense.
At this time i really thought that camera was really incredible because it has automatically background hahahaha. The story is going to be interesting and great i guess?? hope the last episode will be a great one
NAWHHHH, THIS IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE PREVIOUS EPISODE ✌😭😭 Like, 82% of this episode is just fan service. Yeah gng, they're all being sexualized in the most obvious way possible. So yeah, another verdict for this anime, you probably need to be at least 16+ to watch it, because this is definitely an ecchi anime. This isn't your typical idol show. There’s barely anything important happening in this episode either, just one small plot point, and the result is up on the next episode.
A confusing episode... I SWEAR THEY NEED TO FIX THE STORYBOARD. The live performance was okay, BUT THE JOKES ARE SO OVERUSEDDDD. Not only that, the jokes always come at the worst possible timing. That's not how you build interactions between characters gng. IT'S NOT ALWAYS ABOUT TITTIES, OMG. That said, the live animation was pretty good, and the choreography was fire, unlike Fruit Tart's debut live. I mean, they're not even on the same level LOL, so yeah, it's a fair comparison.
Interesting and im excited to see their next performance, Lol, all the way they did just for a reward from Hoho chan hahaha. The new character seems a big fan of fruit tart hahaha
Woahhh, they really did their debut really well and awesome. I didn't expect about Hoho-chan effort for their debut haha, that was too much and she spoiled the girls this time haha. Also another new character was introduced. hmm it's getting interesting
This episode was really chaotic, really. This one is just about one thing and it's about curry. The way how they made it really hilarious here. The comedy is really good here.
LOL this episode is just one thing, it was about the record session and how they prepared it. This one was really hilarious. I like to see the interaction between Roko and Chiko.
Another concert/show for Fruit tart hahaha. This episode was really funny and good because a lot of their conversation really good and funny haha. Also i didn't expect about there was Tone chan here and more scene about her.
Oh, a very veryyy light episode. If you're dealing with severe stress from work or anything else that's weighing you down, this episode is pretty fun to watch. There's no major plot progression or anything like that, just interactions between the idols and their friends. Totally wholesome, yet... somehow creepy. The animation remains consistent as well. There's nothing special about it this time, it felt like a filler episode.
The way this episode was hilarious, It was like a rival between Hemo-chan and Tone-chan. Also this episode reveal some development about Tone and Hemo
C'mon dawg, they're underage 😭😭. Also, this is where it starts getting weird. An "idol photoshoot" is usually about wearing fashionable outfits, not revealing ones like in this episode. Sure, swimsuit photocards exist, but they're not that common. That aside, we got to see a bunch of new interactions in this episode, along with some newcomers. Honestly, I think Roko and Hoho are the only sane people in the Nezumi House gang 😭✌.
Okaay....? I think this one is fine, even though the comedy is mostly just a bunch of fanservice, which made me a bit bored. At least they had their first live performance here. My honest thoughts on it? I found the choreography a bit unfamiliar compared to how other idol groups (anime) usually perform. As for the 3D animation... it's somehow worse than the 3D from the first season of those School Idol-AKHEM. The 2D animation, however, is fine! they're well animated, even though there are a lot of still frames. At least most of them only last for a split second.
Jit, it's yuri all over the place again, gah dang... I guess all idol anime have this in common when it comes to their formula. I don't really like how they built up the story in this episode... it feels so random and weird. Ngl, even though I said, "It's just a popcorn anime" sure, even if that's the case, the storytelling should at least be straightforward, right? I mean, introduce a topic and finish it first, bro. This episode made me feel a bit off somehow.
