📖 SYNOPSIS

In the Orte Empire, Count Saint-Germi successfully negotiates peace with Gu-Binnen merchants, ensuring the empire's access to crucial resources and ending a protracted conflict. Simultaneously, Naoshi Kanno integrates the cat tribe into his beastman army, bolstering his forces. He then receives a surprising message from Rear Admiral Tamon Yamaguchi, a fellow member of the Imperial Japanese Armed Forces. Accompanied by Scipio Africanus, Kanno embarks on a journey to meet Yamaguchi, a man believed to be deceased.

As these events unfold, the Black King begins to mobilize his army, placing a sworn enemy of a certain Drifter in command. This sets the stage for a looming war, with various factions preparing for conflict amidst political intrigue and military build-up. The narrative focuses on the preparations for war, the alliances being forged, and the mysterious machinations of the Black King.
