Description

Personality

Shenlong is initially portrayed as a cold, ruthless, and antagonistic character, driven by a belief in Zoanthrope dominance and the eradication of humanity. He is initially consumed by his role as leader of the Zoanthrope Liberation Front, exhibiting little empathy or regard for others. However, throughout the series, his personality undergoes a notable shift. He grapples with his identity as a clone of Long, leading to self-doubt and a gradual softening of his demeanor. While still possessing a love for fighting and a cynical outlook, he shows increasing signs of casual camaraderie and even a begrudging respect for certain individuals. His later appearances reveal a more apathetic and self-centered personality, though not entirely devoid of compassion. He ultimately becomes more of an anti-hero, driven by personal desires rather than ideological fanaticism.

Abilities

Shenlong's abilities stem from his Zoanthrope nature and his status as a clone of Long. He possesses enhanced strength, speed, and agility far exceeding that of a normal human. His primary power is his transformation into a powerful tiger-like beast form, significantly increasing his physical capabilities and granting him access to devastating Beast Drives. These include "Ferocious Tiger Laceration," a powerful grab attack culminating in a brutal wall slam, and "Tiger Darkness Attack," a move where he inflicts intense energy damage, culminating in a fatal head explosion. In later games, his abilities are further enhanced with the addition of Hyperbeast abilities like Any Cancel B and Power Block, granting him greater offensive and defensive options. His fighting style incorporates elements of Bajiquan and Kenpō, adding to his already formidable combat prowess. He also demonstrates a high level of skill in hand-to-hand combat, even in his human form.
