This OVA is really important because it connects season 2 and 3. It introduces Ryusui, a very important character who becomes a major figure in future episodes and seasons. He’s a pretty one-dimensional character, but he has a lot of charm, and thanks to his revival, many new inventions start being developed again. The episode itself is really fun to watch with Senku building all sorts of things, and the pacing was handled well enough to fit everything into a single episode.
