📖 SYNOPSIS

The story unfolds on a Sunday morning as Arale and her friends embark on a picnic. During the outing, Arale narrowly avoids being hit by a vehicle while carelessly crossing the street. Senbei, the eccentric inventor, creates a rice machine capable of bringing pictures to life, including a bicycle. Tarou and Akane, captivated by the new bicycle, engage in reckless riding, leading to trouble. The following day, the group attends school, but Tarou disregards the traffic safety lessons from the previous day. His disregard for safety results in a collision with a truck at an intersection, highlighting the importance of following traffic rules.
