This episode was both hilarious and surprisingly meaningful. The patient's bizarre illness made for some absurd comedy, but the story also carried a lesson about honesty and the consequences of playing with other people's feelings. Dr. Ramune's unconventional treatment methods were as entertaining as ever, and the episode balanced humor with a satisfying conclusion. I'm really enjoying the unique cases this series continues to present.
