π SYNOPSIS
The Digital World, a virtual realm inhabited by digital lifeforms called Digimon, is overseen by the host computer Yggdrasil. Yggdrasil, in an effort to renew the Digital Worlds, initiates the X Program, a plan to eliminate existing Digimon and create a new world populated by select Digimon. This drastic measure, known as Project Ark, is enforced by the Royal Knights, protectors of the Digital Worlds. However, a new type of Digimon, the X-Digimon, emerges. These Digimon are hunted by the Royal Knights as they struggle to survive and uncover the truth behind Yggdrasil's actions. The X-Digimon's fight for survival and the preservation of all Digimon will ultimately reshape the Digital Worlds.
