In the aftermath of Digimon Adventure 02, a familiar icon begins appearing on screens across Japan, signaling the return of Diablomon. This time, the virus Digimon has learned to materialize in the real world, unleashing countless copies of himself. Taichi and Yamato, who previously defeated Diablomon, are targeted by the digital threat. Koushiro and Ken devise a plan to eliminate the virus, requiring the combined efforts of all the DigiDestined, both past and present.
