Three mothers expect nothing more than a routine parent-teacher conference — but that's exactly what happens after their kids get into trouble at school and they're called in to meet with teachers. Seems routine enough — until they arrive and two strangers tell them the school is closed, then lead them somewhere they definitely shouldn't follow. That's where things go sideways fast. Hitozuma Ryoujoku Sankanbi is a 2-episode OVA from 2005 that leans hard into its dark premise. Kumiko, Naomi, and Mika are your protagonists — mature women caught in a situation that quickly shifts from uncomfortable to genuinely tense. The setting does a lot of work here: an old, abandoned building instead of a normal school environment creates this isolating, suffocating atmosphere that the story milks throughout. The power dynamics between the women and the two men driving the plot are the real core of what this is about. If you've watched Taboo Charming Mother or Hajimete no Hitozuma and appreciated that focus on mature female characters in morally complicated scenarios, this sits in similar territory. It's closer in tone to something like Hitozuma Kyōshi ga Oshiego no Joshi Kōkōsei ni Do-hamari Suru Hanashi than lighter fare — don't go in expecting anything lighthearted. The character designs are distinct and the production gets solid mileage out of its short runtime.
