In search of a fresh start, Tatsuya moves to a quiet, isolated town, only to discover it has a secret — every woman there is a succubus. Not the murderous kind, just supernatural beings who feed on human life energy and happen to be very, very charming. He meets Lilith, and things get complicated from there in the way you'd expect from a one-episode OVA based on a manga called Non-Human Life. This is a single-episode release from 2017 by Office TakeOut, so don't go in expecting a sprawling narrative.
