And we’re finally at episode 12. Honestly, it's okay because the main overarching plot gets answered, but they completely skipped all the smaller details needed to actually build up to it. Because of that, the whole finale didn't really feel like a proper climax. Even the final fight between Akuto and Yamato felt like, "Wait, that's it?"

This series seriously needed 24 episodes to actually breathe. Cramming everything into 12 episodes was way too tight, and that's why the pacing ended up being such a mess. It’s a huge shame because the core concept is actually fun and the comedy is genuinely good. Overall, the series is still an enjoyable, mindless watch, but it leaves behind so many unexplored plot holes and a very weak world-building. Such a wasted potential, honestly.
