Episode 7 introduced a new trainee at Ryokushou who initially seemed very perfectionistic and ambitious. I liked how the episode showed that making wagashi is not only about technique, but also about understanding customers and appreciating the traditions behind the sweets. The wagashi workshop at school was also fun to watch.
