Dance in the Vampire Bund

Mina Tepes, the vampire queen, publicly announces her species' existence and her plan to create the Vampire Bund, a safe haven for vampires in Japan. Using her family's wealth, she secures the nation's agreement, but human opposition arises, suspicious of her motives.
