Leave it to Daimidaler to take a detour into a character's background and somehow make it feel both weirdly heartfelt and completely ridiculous at the same time. Beneath all the penguin insanity, there's a surprising amount of charm in seeing where certain characters came from and why they act the way they do. The episode doesn't suddenly become a serious drama, but it adds enough context to make the cast feel more than just vehicles for jokes. One of the more memorable character focused outings in the series.
