That was really fun, never thought a series with a theme like that could be so endearing. It also helps that one of the main character's defining trait is their passion for the subject matter, you can almost sense that the writer of this show share the same sentiment about it. Lastly, since the topic is about food after all, can't help but notice how delectable the way they are drawn. It goes to show their commitment in preserving this apparently important piece of their culture. What a great start, will be seeing more of this.
