Just because this takes place in the criminal underworld, every scene basically devolves into a loop of dark alleys and Cybersix jumping across rooftops. It all feels so recycled. It really makes me wonder what the animation budget was back then that they had to reuse not just the same visual sequences, but even the exact same voice clips whenever she jumps!
