This eleventh episode serves as a chaotic prelude to the finale by running two ridiculously parallel prison storylines. While Hiroshi completely shatters the line between law enforcer and berserk vigilante over his missing hair collection, the narrative shifts focus to Don Valentino, who has finally been captured and thrown into a highly unconventional, unique jail. Watching the mafia goat casually treat his incarceration as a corporate networking event, effortlessly recruiting a brand-new follower while waiting for his incompetent crew to launch a jailbreak, is peak anime satire. It masterfully sets up the final stakes by mixing high-security containment with absolute, brilliant domestic idiocy.
