📖 SYNOPSIS

Yo Hinomura, once a simple Japanese potter, is forced into a life of violence when he becomes an assassin for the 108 Dragons, a powerful Chinese mafia. Trained to be the perfect killing machine, Yo executes his targets with cold precision. However, he is not without emotion. After each successful elimination, Yo sheds tears, a sign of his regret and sorrow for the lives he has taken. This unique trait earns him the infamous moniker "Crying Freeman," a name known and feared throughout the criminal underworld by both the 108 Dragons and rival crime syndicates. The anime explores the duality of Yo's existence: a skilled killer burdened by his actions.
