They should've focused more on Mashiki and Mishima from the very start, instead of focusing on Mihashi and Honda. The other characters introduced earlier barely have significant impact on either the story or the characters' development. The picture book is cute and the story itself is wholesome. However, this episode feels pretty weak for a finale... If you really enjoy cliche high school romance, then this anime is passable. If you don't, I'd just say skip it.

I'm actually liking the main couple (Mashiki and Mishima). The twist was just okay and honestly feels a bit cliche. But their chemistry is nicely build!

Are we finally getting into the main couple? Also... Mashiki's logic.. it's very weird but, okay, I guess? To give the meaning to the konbini just like that? Haha. Anyway the cliffhanger and the drama..

In my opinion, the conflict between Honda and Mihashi is taking way too long to be resolved. I feel like this episode is the first time Mihashi ever treated Honda nicely (as a couple). Anyway, for an anime titled Konbini Kareshi, the konbini is just a place for them to hang out occasionally...? They don't even bother to introduce nor giving us more depth about the two men working there. Why?

This is our final chapter!! Time for this story to wrap up~ I do like the bookends vibe we get in this ep. That said, this ep is quite lackluster for a finale imo…😅 Overall, this anime has a mostly cliche story with passable art and limited animation. Not really the best or deepest anime, but an OK pick for anyone who wants a comfy high school romance to relax with.

Honestly.. I dont know whether I'm the only one not getting it but I think there are lots of problems with the writings. Are Miharu and Honda actually dating? If so, why does she keep avoiding him? There's barely any scene where they act like a couple apart from when both confessed to each other. -_- Also all the explanations are taking way too long to arrive, it's getting annoying. All the characters are vague and don't have any depth at all. It's already the 8th of 12 episodes but all we've gotten is a constant push-and-pull in the storyline.

This episode is kinda mind-blowing~?!🤯 It feels like a lot of things are finally being explained in this ep, everything’s coming together…!! The moments here are quite emotional (in both the positive and negative way...) Will things work out for our dear characters? I sure hope so 😭 I’m rooting for them!!

Yay, it’s right after the new year, and thus, some new developments! The drama in this ep is quite troubling… like the calm before a storm 🥺 I’ve said this before, but Mishima is truly so lucky to have a friend like Honda ☺ I enjoyed their convos in this ep, it feels like a really nice friendship between two good bros lol.

Awww it's getting awkward between Mishima and Mashiki. I can see a new pair slowly being introduced, I'm curious!

Oh dear, the drama continues on in this ep 😭 And the yuletide season is nearing, too… would the holiday spirit perhaps fix the personal problems of our characters?! We can only hope 🥺🙏 It’s cheesy af, but this episode has such engaging emotions and nice energy~

Mihashi actually pissed me off... But well, I'm a bit invested in Mishima and Miharu's relationship development. It is slow but quite sure. The cliffhanger though.. T__T

Mihashi's personality really pissed me off. The chemistry between Honda and Mihashi feels really off it feels like it doesn't even exist.

Aww they didn't show the race between Mikado and Sakurakouji, I'm actually curious :D anyway it's nice to see they all naturally getting closer. It's cute

Keputusan berat harus ditetapkan oleh Miharu, disisi lain Haruki masih bergulat dengan pikiran dan perasaannya. Mereka sama-sama berjuang dan menunjukan dynamic serta bonding yang semakin dekat dan kuat. Final episode ini sangat terasa emotional support dari para karakter, vibe nya juga wholesome, hangat, serta ada sedikit momen manis. Animasi di adegan terakhir juga menjadi penutup yang indah.

Fakta demi fakta tentang Miharu semakin terungkap jelas disini, dan itu sangat menyedihkan 😭 Haruki yang tadinya overthinking, perlahan semakin yakin dengan perasaannya. Luar biasa episode ini, mulai dari cerita, suasana dan animasi yang divisualisasikan sangat seimbang dan support satu sama lain. Episode terbaik sejauh ini!

Well.. a typical high school romance, I guess? I hope other pairs are far more interesting. The opening scene is cute..

Disini pace nya terasa mulai melambat karena atmosfer yang berlangsung juga sedang tidak baik. Ada momen yang membuat Haruki khawatir dan overthinking. Perkembangan cerita mulai maju namun ternyata masalah belum selesai sampai disitu, hingga episode ini berakhir menggantung dengan situasi yang cukup berat.

Buat episode pertama, jujur kurang menarik. Pergantian scenenya kasar banget, karakternya gak gampang diingat (imo). I guess the premise is a bit cliche but well, let's see...

Vibe berat masih berlangsung dan kedua karakter terjebak dalam overthinking mereka sendiri. Sedikit menghangatkan hati ketika karakter sedang berkumpul untuk saling support. Towa memang keren, bisa mencairkan suasana yang berat dan awkward dengan humornya. Dan semakin mencair sehingga terjadi momen menghangatkan hati serta manis.
