From a scientific point of view, what Ryo did to his target in this episode is simply not plausible. Is it ridiculous? Yes, it is. Did the scene at the end look hard-boiled? A double yes!! This episode also gave some hints about Makimura’s sister, which will likely become relevant later in the story.
