This is technically a filler episode. Should you skip it? Not exactly, every story in City Hunter is good. It’s hard to take Ryo seriously in this episode since he spends most of his time fooling around. However, his teamwork with Makimura is what allows them to successfully complete their job this time. The ending is fairly open-ended, but I suppose their actions ended up changing their client’s life, much like in the previous episode.
