That hope gets complicated fast. The true Chōjin has arrived, and it doesn't want peace. It wants extinction. This single-episode OVA is the unfinished closing chapter of the Urotsukidoji saga, and it leans hard into everything the series built across its darker mythology — hermaphroditic godhood, apocalyptic stakes, and characters like Amano Jyaku scrambling to prevent the total annihilation of life on Earth. Fans of the earlier chapters will recognize Nagumo and Akemi returning here, which gives this finale a sense of full-circle weight despite its incomplete production state. The animation is visibly rough in places — missing frames, unfinished sequences — so go in knowing this is a flawed artifact, not a polished send-off. The tone is relentlessly grim, rooted in body horror and mythological dread.
