Cat Play Punishment
Oshimeter
Synopsis
After losing a bet to her boyfriend Shougo, Haruna owes him one full day of doing whatever he asks. His requests? A cat costume, an intimate video, and some very public affection. That's the entire setup, and the OVA leans into it with a playful, risqué tone that keeps things light rather than serious. The dynamic between Haruna and Shougo is what carries it — there's a baseline of trust there that makes the whole scenario feel less uncomfortable and more like two people who are comfortable enough with each other to get weird. The animation style from Studio 1st is distinctive enough to stand out, and the character designs do a lot of heavy lifting in terms of keeping your attention. It's based on an adult manga by Miyabi, so if you've read that, you know roughly what to expect from the tone. At one episode, it's a short commitment with a clear premise and no pretense about what it is. If you've watched something like Kanojo x Kanojo x Kanojo and wanted something with a slightly more grounded two-person dynamic, or if Otome Hime's playful relationship energy appealed to you, this scratches a similar itch. It's not trying to be anything more than what it is — a lighthearted, adult OVA built around one very specific scenario. Sometimes that's exactly what you're in the mood for.
